Job summary

Moody's Corporation is seeking a seasoned Regulatory Product Manager to own and drive Property Intelligence filings across US states. You will translate regulatory developments into product requirements, collaborate with regulators, and lead a small regulatory team while coordinating with product leadership.

Extensive experience in insurance regulation, AI/data governance, and high-stakes communication with regulators and clients is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in property and casualty insurance product, actuarial, or regulatory roles with filing experience.
• Knowledge of property rating and underwriting and use of third-party data in regulatory filings.
• Ability to anticipate regulatory developments and translate them into product roadmaps.
• Experience responding to regulator information requests with clear writing.
• Experience leading a regulatory team and managing external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory acceptance of Moody's Property Intelligence products across US states.
• Build independent view of emerging regulation and translate into product requirements.
• Resolve carrier filing issues and regulator objections with success teams.
• Create client-facing regulatory materials and lead on-site presentations.
• Own a state-by-state filing roadmap and lead filings to approval.
• Set positions on regulator requests and build relationships with state departments.
• Represent Moody's in NAIC working groups and align with related teams.
• Lead and develop a regulatory product manager and external partners.
