• Oversee architecture, platform scalability, cybersecurity, and regulatory alignment.
• Partner with Product, Services, GIS, Sales, Delivery and business functions to align engineering priorities with company goals.
• Mentor and develop engineering managers and technical teams, promoting ownership and continuous improvement.
