• Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to align engineering with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across software products and client projects.
• Define technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve performance and reliability.
• Manage priorities, capacity, risk, and delivery tradeoffs across initiatives.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align investments with strategy and customer needs.
