Anblicks Inc. seeks a Director of Delivery to lead its Banking & Financial Services delivery portfolio, driving large data and AI transformation programs for banks, lenders, insurers, and capital markets clients.

You will be accountable for outcomes, margin, and client trust across this portfolio. The role emphasizes AI-native delivery, agentic workflows, and reusable data products to improve time-to-value, delivery quality, and growth with existing and new clients.

Competenze

• 15+ years in IT services or consulting with data and AI transformation.
• Proven delivery leadership in banking and financial services delivering multi-client engagements.
• Track record managing multi-million-dollar programs with P&L accountability.
• Hands-on understanding of modern data architectures and AI-enabled delivery methods.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end delivery for a multi-client BFSI portfolio across data platforms, regulatory and risk reporting, integrations, and AI-driven solutions.
• Drive transformational initiatives from roadmap to production with scope, timeline, and outcomes on track.
• Act as trusted advisor to client CxOs and senior stakeholders shaping technology roadmaps.
• Establish value measures with clients at engagement start and report against them throughout.
• Redesign delivery team structures for AI-assisted work and scale across accounts.
