Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT services or consulting.
• Deep experience in Data Platforms, Analytics, and AI-led transformation.
• Proven delivery leadership in banking and financial services, with multi-client engagements.
• Track record managing multi-million-dollar programs with P&L accountability.
• Hands-on understanding of modern data architectures, including cloud data platforms, data products, governance, and integration patterns.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore models.
• Consulting orientation, including deal shaping, executive presentations, and CxO-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a multi-client BFSI portfolio across data platforms, regulatory and risk reporting, integrations, and AI-driven solutions.
• Drive transformational initiatives from roadmap to production, keeping scope, timeline, quality, and business outcomes on track.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client CxOs and senior stakeholders, shaping technology roadmaps that align to business strategy and regulatory priorities.
• Establish clear value measures with clients at the start of each engagement and report against them throughout.
• Embed AI and agentic AI across the delivery lifecycle with measurable productivity gains.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to adopt agentic delivery frameworks and scalable practices.
• Define and track delivery efficiency metrics and use them to reset estimates, pricing, and team shape.
• Redesign delivery team structures and roles for AI-assisted work and bring clients along on the change.
• Guide clients on modern data architecture, including lakehouse and cloud data platforms, data products, governance, and data quality.
• Lead engagements applying data products and agentic AI to process intelligence to automate and improve decisions in BFSI domains.
• Review architecture to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with BFSI regulatory and model risk expectations.
• Identify and shape expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and support new pursuits through solution design and executive presentations.
• Build and maintain BFSI solutions, accelerators, playbooks, reference architectures, and reusable assets.
• Represent Anblicks with clients, partners, and industry forums as a credible BFSI Data and AI voice.
• Run portfolio governance covering P&L, delivery margin, forecasting, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and performance tracking.
