Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Technology Product Management - Content, based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. Lead an AI-first content platform spanning commercial and scientific content, guiding a team to drive the end-to-end lifecycle and governance.

You will own the content ecosystem, partnering with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, and IT to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant Technical Product Management experience in content management or marketing technology.
• Proven people leadership in a matrixed organization.
• End-to-end product portfolio ownership with measurable business results.
• Experience putting AI/genAI into production for content creation, tagging, review, or search.

Responsibilities

• Set the AI-first vision and roadmap for the Content Products with measurable outcomes.
• Scale generative AI for content creation, tagging, and intelligent search with governance and compliance.
• Define tech strategy to enable cross-region content sharing and accessibility.
• Lead and develop Technical Product Managers and teams; build a high-caliber product organization.
• Connect platforms into a unified ecosystem for content flow across channels and regions.
• Own the product portfolio, budget, and vendor partnerships to maximize speed and value.
• Report portfolio OKRs and KPIs to enable executive insight.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Architecture, and IT.
