Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director, Technology Product Management - Content in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. You will lead an AI-first content ecosystem spanning commercial and scientific content lifecycles and govern its creation, tagging, review, and discovery.

You will build and manage an integrated roadmap, partner with Global Commercial teams, and lead a high-caliber product organization to deliver strategic outcomes in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with proven Technical Product Management expertise.
• Proven people leadership in a matrixed organization.
• Track record of owning a product portfolio end to end - from strategy through operations.

Responsibilities

• Set the AI-first vision and roadmap for Content Products with measurable outcomes.
• Make AI the operating model for content with governance, quality, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Define and lead technology strategy to enable seamless content sharing across regions.
• Lead and develop Technical Product Managers and their teams.
• Connect three platforms into one ecosystem for end-to-end content flow.
