Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Commercial/Advanced Analytics within Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Client Engagement: Independently manages, builds, and exceeds targets for clients.
• Growth: expand partnerships, generate revenue streams, and lead consulting engagements in pharma and life sciences.
• Capability Building: influence client discussion with SME perspectives and publish whitepapers or insights.
• Team building and accountability: lead by example, foster growth and engagement.
• Business Development: sell across Axtria segments in a consultative manner.
• Communication & Collaboration: lead client meetings and present to Sr Execs and C-level.
