Job summary

Argo Group seeks a Director, Claims Triage to guide a nationwide triage operation and implement a transformative LLM-based system. This 100% in‑office position will oversee a triage team and coordinate with Claims leadership to meet efficiency and profitability targets.

The role requires strong leadership, change management, and AI integration experience. Located in Omaha, NE with optional roles in other offices; travel minimal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years claims operations experience, including 4 years in a People Leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree required, or four additional years of claims operations experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
• Experience setting up processes for tracking AI performance and prompts for AI models.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 Senior Triage Specialists and a Team Lead with 4 additional specialists.
• Define and monitor triage performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead AI/LLM implementation for triage processes.
• Collaborate with SVP Global Claims Operations to optimize claims triage across the U.S. and Bermuda.
