Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara is seeking an AI Data Intelligence & Knowledge Graph Engineer to lead a distributed team of AI/ML, NLP, and data professionals across the United States and Prague.

You will shape strategy, build production-grade knowledge-graph and data workflows, and ensure quality while partnering with Engineering, Product, Security, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver enterprise AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning (AI/ML)
• Experience leading distributed teams across geographies (US/Prague)
• Strong understanding of knowledge graphs, semantic technologies, and data intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically distributed team in the United States and Prague.
• Establish a clear team strategy and roadmap for AI data intelligence, knowledge graph capabilities, and document intelligence.
• Guide design/implementation of production systems that extract entities, classify/enrich data, and support AI models.
• Oversee AI/ML approaches for document intelligence, NER, information retrieval, and embeddings.
• Create a disciplined data lifecycle from dataset generation to governance and retraining.
• Promote explainability, traceability, and responsible-use practices in AI systems.
