You’ll manage a PR agency, shape newsworthy content, and drive top-tier coverage with executives and product marketing. This role links editorial instincts to pipeline impact.

You’ll craft industry-focused campaigns, interviews, and customer stories across retail, fintech, and travel, aligning content with growth goals and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in communications, content marketing, or editorial roles at B2B technology companies.
• Portfolio of thought leadership, research reports, campaign content, case studies, and earned coverage.
• Established media relationships in tech, AI, or CX press.
• Experience managing a PR agency with clear KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own narrative & thought leadership strategy and editorial judgment.
• Develop proactive earned media strategy and key storytelling campaigns.
• Manage PR agency, briefs, KPIs, and performance reviews.
• Own share of voice, media coverage quality, and program ROI.
• Lead campaigns and customer stories across industries and formats.
