Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc seeks a strategic, results-oriented Director to lead the Strategy and Design team’s end-to-end management of buying programs. You will own market adoption, scale strategic initiatives, and retire legacy offerings while balancing financial and operational considerations at scale in Cisco’s AI-driven environment.

In this role you will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to align program terms with corporate strategy, crafting compelling value stories for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial strategy and design for AI, SaaS, Enterprise License models, or sales operations.
• Experience designing commercial business models including Enterprise agreements and SaaS monetization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, AI-operated organization and to distill complex info into value stories.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end lifecycle of buying programs from concept to market adoption.
• Lead market adoption strategy and ensure terms are clearly communicated to sales and partners.
• Oversee retirement of legacy programs and migrate customers to modern buying models.
• Deliver enablement capabilities and processes to scale new programs across Cisco’s ecosystem.
• Engage stakeholders globally to refine design and inform strategic priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to align terms and compliance.
