Lantern, the specialty care platform, is seeking a Director of Application & AI Security to lead a growing security function and shape secure design standards across our engineering and AI initiatives. This role is hybrid, with a requirement to be in our Dallas, TX office several days per week.

You will build and mentor a security team, own end-to-end security for software and AI systems, and ensure PHI protection and secure-by-default practices across the platform.

• Own application security across the development lifecycle: SAST/DAST/IAST, dependency security, API security, and runtime protections.
