Job summary

Schwab is seeking a Director to lead the AI Acceleration function, translating AI strategy into measurable business outcomes. You will oversee end-to-end AI execution from concept acceleration to enterprise-scale enablement and report to the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, manage the firmwide AI product roadmap, and align initiatives across Technology, Data, Risk, and Legal to accelerate value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high-performing AI Acceleration team across functions.
• Manage the firmwide roadmap for priority AI products / use cases.
• Partner with executives to shape AI strategy and required enablement infrastructure.
• Build out structures to scale delivery of business impact from AI.
