Job summary

Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) is seeking a Director, Aftersales Service in Franklin, TN. The role blends technical, operational, and strategic leadership to improve product quality, service retention, and customer experience across dealer networks.

The position reports to the EVP, Chief Commercial Officer and leads the Aftersales Service team, including MiTech and Warranty groups, with a focus on recalls, compliance, and field service actions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive automotive industry experience in retail and/or wholesale operations.
• 8+ years in field-based, service-focused, or technical leadership roles.
• Strong working knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle technologies.
• Must maintain a valid unconditional driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product support, technical compliance and quality management for service operations.
• Lead dealer experience strategies to improve adoption of digital service tools and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute service strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
• Direct budget, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration with MMC and region leadership.
