Weiler Labeling Systems, based in Moorestown, NJ, seeks a Director of Aftermarket to lead the Field Service and Aftermarket Sales teams, developing strategies that boost customer satisfaction and service revenue while strengthening long-term relationships.

The role involves overseeing equipment installation, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and providing training to Parts Sales staff, with a focus on delivering peak performance and excellent service across the life of the machine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a related role in a similar industry with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of equipment type, automation controls and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage group resources including scheduling appropriate staff for specific jobs based on skill set, availability, etc.
• Support URS review and quotation process for new projects and/or upgrades.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor to manage Field Service utilization in routine manufacturing and FAT activities.
• Develop and implement Aftermarket marketing and sales initiatives to increase revenue.
• Conduct Parts/Service sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Improve or develop Service Department programs to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with customers to analyze requirements and promote parts/service products.
• Educate and train Parts Sales employees to maintain department expertise.
• Oversee Service Department training requirements to ensure highly skilled Field Service Engineers.
• Ensure financial reporting for service calls and trip reports.

By leading teams responsible for equipment installation, technical support, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, the Director will help customers achieve peak performance from their labeling systems while positioning Weiler as a trusted partner for the life of the machine.###**Are you****passionate** **about this work?** * Manage group resources including scheduling appropriate staff for specific jobs based on skill set, availability, etc.* Support sales team in the URS review and quotation process for new projects and/or upgrades* Through coordination with the Production Supervisor, manage the utilization of Field Service personnel to support the production group relative to normal manufacturing and/or in support of FAT activities* Develop and implement Aftermarket marketing and sales initiatives to increase revenue* Conduct Parts/Service sales presentations.
