Job Description

The Director of Affiliate Growth & Optimizations will work with key stakeholders to expand CNBC Select's affiliate business through link and network optimizations, rate negotiations, and partner management within the financial product and personal finance review space. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial commerce within a personal finance review site or major affiliate network. This role reports to the VP of Commerce for the NBC News Group.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee affiliate monetization and optimization across CNBC Select
  • Manage daily operations and partnerships with affiliate networks
  • Analyze revenue strategies, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations
  • Negotiate rates and evaluate new affiliate partnerships
  • Maintain a calendar of commission updates and financial impacts
  • Coordinate with legal, analytics, and editorial teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Report progress to cross-functional teams monthly

Additional Information

This role is initially as an NBCU employee, with a potential transition to SpinCo in the future. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in marketing, business, or partner management within personal finance or affiliate networks, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
