The role ensures a cohesive operating model, clear standards, and aligned priorities to reduce fragmentation and enable scalable execution across regions.

The position emphasizes structuring, delivering, supporting, and improving solutions with a focus on connected workflows and enterprise alignment with IT.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple functions or solution areas in a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows across preconstruction, design, fabrication, supply chain, and field execution.
• Experience defining and implementing operating models across distributed teams.
• Ability to align teams, systems, and processes without direct ownership of production outcomes.
• Strong communication and influence skills with the ability to engage executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms, solution teams, and IT organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead managers and senior managers responsible for Preconstruction Solutions, Supply Chain Solutions, Design Solutions, Manufacturing Solutions, Construction Solutions, and BLS Operations.
• Define how solution areas work together across the building lifecycle and establish clear handoffs.
• Drive enterprise-wide rollout of tools, processes, and operating models across solution areas.
• Align stakeholders on changes and ensure adoption across regions, divisions, and teams.
• Ensure a scalable support model and continuous improvement across solution areas.
