Responsibilities

• Regional Pod Management: Execute and manage advocacy campaigns within the regional pods; ensure focused day-to-day operations; collaborate with staff and leadership; foster a high-performance culture; coordinate with Directors to enhance communication and workflow; lead priority-setting discussions; create and document campaign processes; serve as primary pod contact; build relationships with pod members and understand needs; identify opportunities to expand resources; ensure integration across departments.
• Strategic Execution: Implement plans developed by the Senior Director; coordinate with the Senior Director to align campaigns with goals; collaborate on annual planning documents; integrate organizational goals into regional campaigns; maintain alignment with priorities.
• Project Management and Campaign Oversight: Execute campaigns with team; ensure resource allocation; analyze campaign data for decisions; oversee schedules and deadlines; facilitate daily pod calls; track deadlines and communicate proactively; identify risks and mitigate; streamline processes and optimize workflows; collaborate with pods to prioritize tasks and allocate resources.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Develop processes and provide space for pod DEI discussions and action steps; promote a culture of DEI within pods; align actions with organizational commitment.
