Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods seeks a strategic attorney to join its Legal team as Director, Corporate Counsel – Advertising & Digital Marketing. You will support marketing, advertising, and commercial initiatives across the organization, with a focus on Foot Locker brands in North America, partnering with business leaders to provide practical guidance and negotiate complex agreements.

You will draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, advise on legal risks, and drive scalable contracting processes

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of legal experience.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, commercial transactions, media, or retail helpful.
• Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support for advertising, marketing, and commercial initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Privacy, IP, AI, and Compliance teams.
• Support development of templates, playbooks, and scalable contracting processes.
