• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years progressive experience in advancement or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong data governance, CRM, and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for Advancement Services and oversee data integrity and systems supporting fundraising and alumni engagement.
• Oversee CRM strategy, data services, gift policy, gift processing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure effective integrations and data governance.
• Lead data insights to inform revenue-generation strategies and decision making.
