Location: Irving, Texas 75038, USA

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite – 5 Days per Week

The Director, Advanced Site Connectivity Solutions, will define and lead the global strategy for connecting machines, equipment, people, and digital systems across complex customer environments.

The role will oversee the development and deployment of integrated connectivity solutions using private 5G/LTE, Wi-Fi, satellite communications, edge computing, connected equipment, and IoT technologies.

The successful candidate will translate customer operational challenges into scalable, secure, and commercially viable technology solutions that enable automation, autonomous equipment, real-time monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.

The Director will collaborate with engineering, product management, commercial, technology, and business leadership teams to ensure connectivity investments deliver measurable customer and business value.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.


• Significant experience leading connectivity, technology infrastructure, connected products, or digital solutions in complex operating environments.


• Strong experience with multiple connectivity technologies, including private 5G/LTE, Wi-Fi, satellite communications, connected equipment/IoT, or edge computing.


• Understanding of how wireless networks, connected devices, edge systems, and enterprise platforms integrate.


• Experience deploying technology where reliable connectivity and real-time information are critical to operations.


• Proven ability to manage multiple large technology programs or product portfolios simultaneously.


• Experience delivering technology solutions from strategy and development through deployment and ongoing operations.


• Demonstrated ability to connect technology investments with customer requirements, operational improvements, financial considerations, and business outcomes.


• Experience leading large organizations comprising managers, senior technical leaders, and specialized professionals.


• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


• Ability to work onsite in Irving, Texas, five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced education.


• Experience in construction, mining, heavy equipment, manufacturing, energy, utilities, transportation, or telecommunications.


• Direct experience with autonomous equipment, connected construction, connected mining, or highly automated industrial environments.


• Strong understanding of edge computing and processing machine-generated data at customer sites.


• Experience scaling connectivity solutions across multiple locations, customers, countries, or remote sites.


• Experience managing technology vendors, strategic partnerships, and integrated solution delivery.


• Familiarity with cybersecurity requirements for connected equipment and infrastructure.


• Program management or Agile certifications.
