Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field with 5+ years' analytics experience or 7+ years in data analytics.
• 4 years of supervisory experience or leading cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience leading advanced analytics projects and developing data models aligned with business priorities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring analytics teams.
• Ability to manage complex projects aligned with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills to present analytical insights and gain stakeholder buy-in.
