Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program manager for ADC asset, owning the integrated development plan across clinical, nonclinical, CMC, and regulatory workstreams.
• Drive transition from early to late-stage development with governance cadence to meet late-stage requirements.
• Build and maintain integrated program timeline and critical path; identify sequencing conflicts and long-lead items.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive stage-gate readiness and risk mitigation.
