Job summary

Kennesaw State University is seeking a Director of Accreditation Intelligence and Analytics with a focus on transforming institutional assessment, reporting, and analytics to support accreditation readiness and continuous improvement.

The role collaborates with the Provost’s Office, University Data Strategy, UITS, and academic and administrative units to deliver data-informed insights and modernized processes, while teaching one course per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in a discipline taught in one of KSU's academic schools or departments is required at hire.
• Five years of successful higher education leadership experience fostering continuous improvement.
• Academically qualified to teach in one of KSU's academic schools or departments.
• Experience in higher education assessment, institutional effectiveness, accreditation, institutional research, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• Successful experience managing complex data reporting and analysis projects.
• Knowledge of assessment methodologies, continuous improvement processes, and accreditation standards.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data and technical information to diverse audiences.
• Successful experience working collaboratively across organizational units and with multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional assessment and strategy development across planning, data collection, analysis and reporting cycles.
• Ensure accreditation standards are met and advise campus leaders on effectiveness and compliance.
• Support assessment processes for academic programs and student services, evaluating learning and operational outcomes.
• Provide guidance to departments to refine assessment planning, analysis and institutional effectiveness.
