The Opportunity

Based in North America and reporting to the Sr. Director, Account Management for AndaMEDs, this role executes growth strategies to support our commercial initiatives for AndaMeds sales, leveraging our product catalog. The Director will coach the Key Account Management team to achieve business performance, network with assigned accounts to build strong relationships, support quarterly reviews, and assist in strategic planning to meet revenue targets.

How You’ll Spend Your Day
  • Lead initiatives to increase revenue and AndaMeds presence in institutional and provider channels.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key account leadership through collaboration.
  • Provide coaching and support to direct reports for successful account management.
  • Approve business plans supporting AndaMEDs objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align strategies and support decision-making.
  • Facilitate coaching sessions and ensure role standards are met.
  • Align with senior leadership to execute strategic direction.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to support messaging.
  • Work directly with key account leaders and represent AndaMEDs externally.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Contracts, Pricing, Procurement, Legal, and Sales.
  • Engage with executive leadership including CFO, Vice Presidents, and Directors.
Education/Certification/Experience
  • HS Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience as an effective Account Manager preferred.
  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical/distributor sector.
  • 3+ years in people management.
  • Experience coaching teams and tele-sales leadership is a plus.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Understanding of sales processes.
  • Interpersonal and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Travel Requirements

Approximately 35% domestic travel across US and Canada.

Physical and Work Environment
  • Sitting for extended periods, computer work, data analysis, and reading.
  • May require PPE during site visits.
Compensation

Starting salary between $170,000 – $190,000 annually, depending on factors like location, skills, and experience.
