Job Title: Director, Account Management

Concentrix is seeking a Director of Account Management to foster growth and profitability in strategic global partnerships. This role focuses on achieving revenue, margin targets, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Role Overview: The Director will manage strategic accounts, primarily within the Technology Sector, overseeing client strategies, relationships, operational performance, and revenue growth. The role involves selling and delivering outsourced customer experience solutions, including contact centers, software, analytics, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders and sponsors.
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  4. Lead account planning, forecasting, and pipeline development.
  5. Collaborate with solution and delivery teams to develop proposals and close deals.
  6. Stay informed on client initiatives, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  7. Implement a comprehensive sales strategy covering various services.
  8. Achieve positive results in a matrixed environment, both internally and externally.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven success managing large enterprise accounts, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with partner channels is a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, including executives.
  • Financial acumen related to forecasting and revenue recognition.
  • Willingness to travel (~25%).
  • Minimum five years in outsourcing, sales, or consulting.
  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the Technology sector is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $140,000 - $175,000 plus performance incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays. Application deadline: July 6, 2025.
