The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in banking or asset-based lending with 5+ years of people leadership.

Qualifications

• Ideally a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of banking, commercial finance, asset-based lending, or related financial services experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing operational risk, controls, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and operational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale operational processes and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for ABL servicing and collateral management.
• Align operational capabilities with business growth objectives.
• Lead operational integration efforts associated with acquisitions, portfolio purchases, and mergers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risks and controls.
• Oversee collateral monitoring systems, onboarding, facility implementations, and portfolio boarding.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across operations.
• Own systems strategy, vendor management, and technology roadmaps.
• Provide reporting and insights to senior management and executives.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team with succession planning.
