Job summary

Primrose School of Severn in Severn, MD is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations, nurture a caring learning environment, and partner with families and teachers to deliver Primrose's Balanced Learning curriculum.

You will manage enrollment, ensure health and safety, coach staff, and work with franchise owners to maintain a warm, supportive culture and a strong, high-quality school community.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
• Cultivate a safe and healthy environment for all students and team members
• Learn and apply all essential functions for each role to coach and support staff
• Manage operation of the school to meet goals and standards
