Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Center Director to lead a child care center, inspire children, and manage day-to-day operations. You will promote growth, coach staff, and collaborate with families to deliver a warm, engaging learning environment.

The role requires 21+, HS diploma (CDA/degree preferred), 1–2 years of supervisory experience in early childhood, and compliance with state regulations. Compensation starts at $76,000 plus education assistance, health benefits, 401(k), and

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

As a Director, you will:

  • Compensation range: starting at $76,000 based on position, education, and experience
