Job summary

Sokol Associates Inc. in New York City is seeking a Senior Leveraged Finance Attorney to focus on credit research and complex transaction analysis. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in the office and fixed hours, avoiding late nights and weekends.

Candidates should bring 6+ years in BigLaw leveraged finance, strong drafting and market research skills, and NY Bar admission. You will analyze credit documents, produce research for institutional subscribers, and contribute to market

Qualifications

• 6+ years of BigLaw leveraged finance experience.
• Experience analyzing credit agreements, indentures and covenants.
• Strong market research and drafting capabilities.
• Engagement with institutional subscribers a plus.
