Higher Group in New York seeks a Senior Accounting & Finance Recruiter to take over an established desk with $1m in active roles. This position offers a competitive base salary up to $200,000 along with a commission structure that can reach 55%. Candidates must have previous experience in accounting & finance recruiting, and will work closely with a successful founder to deepen client relationships while focusing purely on revenue generation. Senior Accounting & Finance Recruiter – Inherited $1m Desk (Financial Services)

A rare opportunity to step into a fully established Accounting & Finance desk, inheriting $1m in active roles from day one. This desk services major Financial Services and Alternative Investment institutions across the U.S., offering immediate revenue potential with no initial business development required.

You’ll work directly with a founder billing $2M+ annually within A&F across alternative investments and trading firms a unique chance to learn from a top performer while scaling your own desk quickly.
