Job summary

Chick-fil-A Trinity Mills is seeking a Director-level leader to tackle strategic bottlenecks and drive day-to-day operations.

You will coach and develop team members, manage 40-50 hours per week with at least two Saturdays per month, and maintain confidentiality. A clean driving record is required. The role emphasizes ownership of store success and working to ensure long-term viability.

Job Responsibilities

A Director at Chick-fil-A Trinity Mills is a senior level leader who works operationally to solve strategic bottlenecks. Directors own one or more areas of the Critical Success Factors and work directly with Executive Directors and Team Leaders to solve any operational deficiencies. Although Directors are not always in charge of running shifts, Directors are ultimately responsible for the success of the day-to-day operations and are ensuring the store is set up for long term success.

Directors are a direct reflection of Chick-fil-A Trinity Mills and should represent the business through that lens.
