Job summary

Miners Underground is seeking a skilled Directional Drill Operator for a full-time, on-site role. You will operate drilling equipment to install underground utilities, interpret job prints, and maintain safety standards with the field crew.

You will set up safety devices, inspect equipment, load materials, and help return the site to company standards after work. Candidates should be physically capable, reliable, and able to work in variable weather, English/Spanish helpful, and able to pass

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Able to solve problems and adapt to changing ground conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up jobsite safety devices (cones, barricades, signage).
• Load and unload equipment and materials needed for the job.
• Mix fluids for changing ground conditions.
• Inspect vehicles and trailers for proper loading and safe transport.
