Agropur recherche un(e) Maintenance Manager pour Jerome, Idaho, afin de superviser la maintenance des équipements et systèmes de l’usine et d’assurer une production sûre et de qualité.

Le candidat idéal a 5 ans d’expérience en maintenance dans l’alimentation, 2 ans en supervision, et une connaissance des contrôles d’instrumentation et des chariots élévateurs. Poste à temps plein avec avantages compétitifs.

Formación

• Diplôme associatif/technique ou équivalent requis; une licence est appréciée.
• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en maintenance en environnement alimentaire.

Responsabilidades

• Superviser les activités de maintenance de l’usine pour assurer sécurité, production et qualité.
• Initier, mettre en œuvre et gérer le programme de maintenance basé sur les meilleures pratiques.
• Gérer les pièces détachées et l'inventaire; établir un CMMS et suivre les historiques.
• Produire des rapports, analyser les données et recommander des améliorations.
• Former et motiver les techniciens; assurer le respect des normes de sécurité.
• Coordonner avec les départements opérationnels et mener des projets d'efficacité.

This position coordinates and manages all aspects of maintenance for the manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Manager facilitates all maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations, motivates and develops support leaders, and maintenance mechanics to lead a dynamic and customer-focused maintenance department.**Where you will drive value:*** Initiate, implement and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the dairy industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.* Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment; reordering when necessary.* Maintain and repair maintenance shop equipment.* Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.* Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related issues.* Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.* Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.* Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime; resolve problems in a timely manner and identify opportunities for improvement.* Initiate and carry out projects to improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.* Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.* Drive training and coaching to ensure compliance with Safety standards and incident prevention.* Coordinate activities with Plant Operations Departments.## **What will enable you to have an impact:*** Associate's or Technical Degree or Trade School Certificate/Diploma in a related field required.* Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Business, Engineering or a related field preferred.* Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.* Minimum five (5) years facility/maintenance experience in food production environment required.* Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role required.* Experience with forklift repair required.* In-depth knowledge of the dairy plant, maintenance preferred.* Experience in Instrumentation Controls preferred. **A role aligned with what creates the greatest collective impact.** #CH-1*Agropur accueille des personnes de toutes origines et de tous horizons.
