Job summary

Agropur recherche un opérateur d’usine fromagère à temps plein, basé au Wisconsin, États-Unis. Vous comprendrez les contrôles du brine room, opérerez le système PLC et gérerez le CIP des installations afin d’assurer une production de fromage conforme et efficace.

Le poste exige une attention au détail, des compétences en mathématiques et la capacité de suivre des procédures écrites; une communication claire est essentielle. Avantages inclus: assurance, RTT, congés et formation continue.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent préféré.
• Capacité à lire et comprendre les procédures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, HACCP).
• Souci du détail et précision exigés.
• Compétences mathématiques et opérationnelles de base.

Responsibilities

• Comprendre et régler les contrôles du brine room et du PLC.
• Gérer l’alimentation et le CIP du système Brine UF.
• Remplir les cages de saumon et enregistrer les cuves sur le log.
• S’assurer de la bonne recette du fromage et enregistrer les mesures de pH.
• Effectuer le CIP et nettoyer les équipements quotidiennement.
