Responsibilities include:

1. Providing expert installation and servicing of smart home technology, ensuring high-quality customer service.
2. Becoming proficient in industry-leading smart home products through training.
3. Managing inventory and assets responsibly.
4. Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting smart home systems in customer homes.
5. Creating solutions that protect and simplify customers’ lives.
6. Performing routine maintenance and inventory checks of company products and equipment.
7. Explaining system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
8. Generating additional sales opportunities by offering relevant products and services.
9. Turning service and installation appointments into leads and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sales and/or field service experience is preferred; technical backgrounds such as construction, electrical work, or similar are helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical requirements:

• Lifting and carrying up to 45 lbs.
• Climbing ladders up to 14 feet.
• Working in attics and confined spaces.
• Bending, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
