As a Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pro, you will provide expert installation and services while delivering top-tier customer service. Customers will rely on your honesty and integrity as you offer solutions that bring peace of mind.

Responsibilities:

• Earn piece rate pay and enjoy an unlimited commission plan.
• Become an expert on smart home technology through training on industry-leading products.
• Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mentality.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.
• Create solutions that protect and simplify customers' lives.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of company products and equipment.
• Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
• Control your income by providing opportunities for customers to purchase additional products and services.
• Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sales and/or field service experience is helpful. Technical backgrounds such as construction, electrical work, or similar are also beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
• Work in attics and confined spaces.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for long periods.
• Adhere to a strong safety culture, including conducting safety analyses of work sites.
