Position Overview

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printer operator responsible for preparing garments to match job specifications, ensuring best quality, meeting deadlines, and maintaining printers.

Responsibilities

• Start up and maintain Direct-to-Garment printers
• Pretreat and print DTG garments
• Clean machines and perform light maintenance daily
• Keep continuous product run through printer (load & unload)
• Ensure quality control from start to finish
• Record printing accurately in computer software
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive matters
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Detail-oriented and excellent attendance
• Basic computer knowledge and file types
• Problem‑solving skills to fix errors
• Ability to perform repetitive load and unload operation
• Ability to lift 25 lbs (ink jug cartons)
• Training for industrial equipment operation
• Basic maintenance on industrial equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines
• Adobe Suite experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) – a plus

Education and Experience

• High school education or equivalent
• Background in apparel screen printing or wide format digital printing

Travel Requirement

• Position is 100% on-site in Miami, FL (no domestic or global travel)

Compensation

The hourly range is $18/hr – $20/hr (plus bonus & benefits). Actual compensation will vary based on skill set, education, job duties, and experience.
