Job Summary

The DTF Machine Operator will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot DTF printing equipment to produce high-quality transfers. Experience with print production and DTF technology is preferred. Must be detail-oriented and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate DTF printing machines.
• Load artwork files, ensure color accuracy, alignment, and resolution.
• Perform routine maintenance and quality checks.
• Handle films carefully and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications and graphic software.
• Experience in print or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.

Physical & Work Environment

• Stand for 8-10 hours, lift up to 30 lbs., work in non-temperature-controlled conditions.

Work Hours & Dress Code

• Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with possible overtime.
• Closed-toed shoes required.
