Job summary

GroupeSTAHL is seeking a Digital Process and Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10:30 pm – 7 am). You will maintain digital production equipment, troubleshoot issues, manage inventory and consumables, and support smooth operations across the production floor.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, calibration, and ensuring print quality. Proficiency with Excel/Word and tools, plus forklift certification, are expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Word for data and reporting.
• Basic math and unit conversion (imperial/metric).
• Able to use a variety of hand and power tools, meters and material handling equipment.
• Forklift certification required.
• Lifting capability up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues during production and restore service quickly.
• Diagnose software issues and restore communication between equipment and software.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, deep cleaning, testing, calibration of equipment.
• Analyze printer test prints to identify issues and maintain print quality.
• Operate Digital equipment and assist production with orders.
• Manage weekly replenishment of inventory for production orders.
• Maintain and replenish consumables and parts for equipment.
• Assist with receiving freight and shipping orders as needed.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of new products and processes.
