GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing. The role is to oversee the workflow of custom screen-printed orders, supervise Production Technicians, and manage timekeeping and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing the workflow of custom screen-printed orders from the Print/QC perspective
• Daily supervision of up to 40+ Production Technicians
• Edit timecards, other administration tasks as needed
• Aid in completion of annual evaluations
• Conduct disciplinary actions/discussions as needed
• Ensure productivity and quality goals are met for department
• Able to handle high order volume with a quick turnaround time including same day service
• Troubleshoot machine issues and facilitate timely corrective actions to maintain production efficiency
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands and critical deadlines
• Update and implement new processes in department
