Job description

Shift: 3rd shift – Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 pm to 7 am.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues during production and correct and repair all possible issues to return the software and equipment to service as soon as possible.
• Diagnose software issues and restore communication between equipment and software.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, deep cleaning, testing, adjustments and calibration of all production equipment.
• Analyze periodic printer test prints to identify and diagnose issues, and perform adjustments and repairs as necessary to maintain print quality and consistency with all other equipment.
• Gain capability to operate all Digital equipment to effectively identify and correct issues, and assist production with completion of customer orders.
• Manage and perform weekly replenishment of sales inventory needed for production orders.
• Maintain and replenish consumables and parts needed for production equipment.
• Unload and receive freight deliveries as necessary, and assist with shipping orders when needed.
• Assist with the development and evaluation of new products, equipment, and processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Microsoft Office Excel and Word software skills.
• Basic math skills, including understanding of and ability to convert between the imperial and metric systems.
• Understanding of and ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, material handling equipment, and meters needed in the performing of the duties listed above.
• Ability to understand and assist with color management and profiling.
• Ability to research equipment and study skills to perform all tasks at the highest level possible.
• Forklift operation certification.
• Lifting capability up to 80 pounds.
