Exceleration Music is seeking a detail-oriented Direct To Fan (DTF) Coordinator to support our online stores and CRM platforms. Working under the Head of Fan Engagement, you will build stores, manage catalogs, and execute product launches with accuracy.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Direct To Fan (DTF) Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our online stores and CRM platforms. Working at the direction of the Head of Fan Engagement, this role executes store builds, product launches, catalog management, fan/customer communications, and general storefront upkeep. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable juggling many small tasks at once, has a strong eye for detail, especially with images and copy, and can move quickly without sacrificing quality.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Builds new stores and storefronts on the Ochre platform at the direction of the Head of Fan Engagement.
  • Uploads and manages full product catalogs, including resizing and formatting product images to platform specifications, sourcing and entering pricing, writing or sourcing product descriptions, tagging products correctly, and building artist and collection pages.
  • Manages product visibility across D2C storefronts, activating and deactivating listings according to release schedules and drop timing.
  • Maintains and updates physical product listings on Bandcamp, including inventory status, pricing, and product details.
  • Quality-checks new stores and product pages before and after launch, including links, images, pricing, and copy.
  • Updates homepage, store, and website banners for product drops, sales, and campaigns.
  • Updates seasonal or promotional creative as directed and keeps product pages current with sold-out status, restocks, and new variants.
  • Coordinates with the fulfillment team and customer service representatives regarding customer inquiries.
  • Helps identify and implement opportunities to improve user experience and conversion.
  • Drafts and schedules multiple label email and SMS campaigns for fan/CRM communications each week.
  • Supports social copywriting, including captions, promotional copy, and link-in-bio updates, as directed.
  • Helps maintain a consistent voice and tone across fan-facing communications.
  • Stays current on CRM/SMS trends and best practices, including new features, formats, and tactics used by other brands and artists, and brings ideas back to the team.
  • Maintains organized records of assets, schedules, and marketing documents across projects and artists.
  • Tracks launch calendars and deadlines.
  • Coordinates with designers, artists, and vendors to collect assets and approvals needed for store builds.
  • Maintains naming conventions and file organization for shared drives.
  • Assists with basic reporting, including pulling sales and inventory data as requested.
  • Supports inventory updates, including marking items sold out and updating counts.
  • Troubleshoots basic store platform issues and escalates more complex issues as needed.
  • Provides ad hoc administrative support as needed to keep stores and campaigns running smoothly.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Ochre, or similar.
  • Comfort with basic image editing and resizing tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to draft clean, on-brand copy for email, SMS, and social media.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and comfortable managing many small, repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while following clear direction.
  • Strong communication skills and reliability with deadlines.
  • Comfort owning workload and deadlines.
  • Professional, adaptable, and able to bring a positive, collaborative attitude to the team.
  • Familiarity with email/SMS platforms such as Laylo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Experience working with artists or management representatives is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote or onsite environment.

Education and Experience:
  • Required: 1–3 years of experience in music or marketing; e-commerce, DTC, digital marketing, merchandise, or operations experience is a plus.
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, music, or equivalent work experience.
Position Location:

Remote. Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, or Durham, NC preferred. Approximately 5% travel, generally for required offsite meetings.

Salary Range:

$40,000 - $45,000

Status/Hours:

Full time, Exempt, Traditional business hours
