Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of tax experience with progression of responsibilities in corporate tax or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and US GAAP accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to explain complex tax topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a tax team in US income tax compliance, audits, planning, forecasting, and accounting.
• Manage global income tax compliance calendar for timely filings.
• Develop strategies to reduce corporate tax burden and impact on financials.
• Coach and develop Direct Tax team members and promote professional growth.
• Improve processes to shorten provision and compliance cycles and improve data quality.
• Coordinate with external consultants and other finance teams for tax matters.
