Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to oversee two or more Direct Support Employees in a residential setting. The role includes interviewing, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and promoting a positive team environment to support individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred), one year in a health-related field, and CPR certification if available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability as needed.
• Provide CPR after certification.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential homes/facilities and supervise Direct Support Employees.
• Interview, hire recommendations, and training for staff; assign and direct work.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and handle employee conflicts.
• Ensure training requirements are met and attendance at required events.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals via Individual Support Plans.
