Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to oversee two or more staff in residential home settings. You will interview, hire, train, and assign work, review performance, and provide guidance to ensure high-quality care.

The role includes on-call coverage and ensuring homes meet safety and cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree in a health-related area preferred, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in health-related area preferred.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen; CPR/first aid certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of two or more Direct Support Employees.
• Interviewing, hiring recommendations and training of staff.
• Plan, assign and direct work; review performance; resolve problems and provide after-hours on-call coverage.
• Ensure people supported have a clean, maintained home and yard and assist with goal achievement through Individual Support Plans.
