Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to oversee two or more Direct Support Employees in Sunrise Acres, NC. You will interview, hire, train, assign work, and review performance while supporting staff in delivering personalized services.

You will ensure people supported live in clean, safe homes, provide after-hours coverage, and assist with Individual Support Plans to help clients achieve personal goals. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in health-related field or 2 years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise two or more employees and oversee their activities.
• Interviewing, hiring recommendations, and training of staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; review performance.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
