• Assist with Daily Living Activities: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting, depending on independence and support needs.
• Medication Administration and Health Monitoring: Administer prescribed medications, monitor health, and document changes; report issues to providers.
• Promote Independence and Skill-Building: Encourage residents to develop life skills like cooking, cleaning, and managing personal finances.
• Behavioral Support and Crisis Intervention: Implement plans, help manage emotions, de-escalate crises, and document behavioral patterns.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, incidents, and observations per policy.
• Transport and Accompany Residents: Assist with transportation to appointments and community activities; ensure safety.
• Household Management and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, organized living environment.
• Communication with Team and Families: Collaborate with staff and families to ensure continuity of care and updates.

• 5. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records on residents’ daily activities, progress, incidents, and other observations. Ensure compliance with documentation requirements as outlined by the organization and regulatory bodies.
• 6. Transport and Accompany Residents: Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings, recreational activities, or employment. Provide supervision and support to ensure residents’ safety and engagement in the community.
