00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional for Saturday-Sunday 3p-11p, Regular type, to provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and those facing mental health and substance use challenges.

The role emphasizes advocacy, independence, community engagement, and compassionate care, with supervision and adherence to guidelines to ensure high-quality services.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet all pre-employment screening requirements.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to person-centered support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster independence while providing necessary support.
• Knowledge of disability rights, self-advocacy, and community integration principles.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow regulatory guidelines.
